  • Central Library 600 Soledad Street San Antonio, TX, 78205 United States (map)

The San Antonio Public Library will host Rainbow Roots: Counterculture, Gay Liberation and the Transformation of Urban Space, 1960s-1990s, facilitated by Melissa Gohlke, a scholar focusing on San Antonio’s LGBTQIA+ history.

There will be four different virtual presentations. In October, the SAPL will revisit the series by hosting a trivia competition to include questions regarding information provided in the series on San Antonio’s LGBTQIA+ past.

Virtual options are available. Contact the library for more details.
